New Membership Application and Dues Payment Process
The Society has implemented a new membership application process to become a member of the Society. The new process will allow you to join the Society and manage your membership via the website. You’ll be able to join, pay your dues, upgrade your membership, and manage your personal information allowing the Society to better serve you.

Create a User ID and Password:
In order to manage your membership, you will need to have a User ID and Password.
In order to establish your User ID and Password:
Scroll down to the bottom of the main page of the Society’s website.
Under User Login, click on ‘Register’.
Full Name:enter your full name.
Username: enter the username you want to create to login.
Password: enter the password you’d like to use.
Confirm Password: confirm your password that you entered above.
Email: enter your email address.
Confirm email: confirm your email address that you entered above.
Captcha: enter the captcha displayed in the boxes.
Register: click on ‘Register’ to complete your registration.
You will receive an email to confirm your registration.Your registration won’t be complete without your confirmation.
Once confirmed, you can login to the Society’s website to sign-up for membership or manage your existing membership information.
If you’re new to the Society and are wanting to join:
See ‘Create a User ID and Password’.
Once you’ve logged in, mouse of the ‘Membership’ menu option at the top and select the ‘Membership Plans’.
You will see options for Annual Membership or Lifetime Membership.
Scroll down and click on ‘Sign Up’ for the membership plan you are wanting to sign up for.
Complete all the fields, those marked with a red asterisk are required, and you’ll be directed to the Society’s PayPal account to make your payment.
Please note:New Memberships that are not paid for will not be completed successfully.
If you have an existing Current or Expired Annual or Lifetime membership with the Society:
To access your membership information,
You will need to have a User ID and password.
If you don’t have a User ID and Password, see ‘Create a User ID and Password’ above.
Once you have completed your registration, please email your full name and User ID to
We will put your registration information with your profile.
You will receive an email that this has been completed.
You will then be able to login and manage your membership profile.
If you already have a User ID and password:
Login into the Society’s website at the bottom of the screen.
Mouse over ‘Membership’, you will see options to manage your membership.
If you have previously created a User ID and password and have an existing Annual or Lifetime Membership:
Email the Society at
The full name that you used when you registered.
The user id that you created to login to the website.
The Society will update that information on your membership profile.
You will receive an email when it’s be updated.
You’ll then be able to login and manage your membership profile.
To manage your membership, see ‘To manage your membership’ below.
You can return to the Society’s website and manage your membership at any time.
Login using your user ID and password at the bottom of the screen.
Once you’ve logged, mouse over ‘Membership’ and you’ll see an option ‘My Profile’.
You will be able to see your information and make changes to you address, email address, and other personal information.Keeping this information current will help the Society manage your membership.
If you make any changes to your information, be sure and click on the ‘Update’ button to save the most current information.
To Renew (pay your dues) or Upgrade your membership:
Note:This only applies to Annual membership. Annual memberships are set to renew on June 30thof every year. You’ll receive a renewal notice from the Society when it’s time to renew your Annual membership.
Login to the website.
If you don’t have a User ID and Password, see ‘Create a User ID and Password’ above.
Click on ‘My Profile’.
On that screen, click on ‘My Memberships’ tab at the top of the screen.
Here you can:
Renew your membership.
Upgrade to a Life membership.
Click on the option you would like to do.
Confirm the information on the screen.
Click ‘Process Renew’ or ‘Process Upgrade’.
Confirm the information and click ‘Process Membership’.
This will redirect you to the Society’s PayPal account to make your payment.
To pay your dues:
Login into the website with your user ID and password.
If you don’t have a User ID and Password, see ‘Create a User ID and Password’ above.
Mouse over ‘Membership’ and click on ‘My Profile’.
Click on ‘Renew Membership’.
Confirm the information on screen to make sure everything is current.
Click on ‘Process Membership’.
This will redirect you to the Society’s PayPal account to make your payment.
Process your payment and be sure to return to the Society’s website.
If you cancel your payment in the PayPal screen, your membership will not be completed, and your membership could expire.
Once you return to the Society’s website, you will see ‘Your payment completed successfully’.
Your membership is now renewed.
